Weekend Customer Service Representative (Part-time, 12 hours per week)
As our weekend customer service representative, you will provide premium customer service to our customers from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you choose)!
Your role will be to answer calls from our customers and triage them according to the customers’ needs. You will be provided with all the training you require to be successful in this role. You will also be provided with a company cell phone strictly for your use to answer customer calls.
Schedule:
- 11am - 5pm Saturday and Sundays
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Record and modify customer information.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Dispatch site managers if required.
