What we expect from you

As an Operations Manager, you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor. Among your main responsibilities:

• Supervise task execution of the operations team: stock reception, replenishment, inventory
• Plan and organize merchandise deliveries
• Manage transfers and returns with stores and warehouse
• Ensure the replenishment of salesfloor
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Reinforce Loss Prevention policies
• Be an ambassador of our company values
• Previous experience required in a similar position, minimum 2 years
