The Opportunity:

  • We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high-quality and timely work production and distribution
  • Providing general team administrative support as specified or needed
  • Supporting the team of CPAs in an administrative manner
  • Directing communication from clients to the appropriate party
  • Filing tax filings as prepared by CPAs
  • Sending documents for signature
  • Gathering and organizing client information
  • Mailing documents as required
  • Answering phones using a multiline telephone system
  • Participation in the client experience from beginning to end
  • Responsible for overseeing certain office areas assigned to admin and the tasks required for those areas, including but not limited to the office kitchen, mail centre and delivery

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional environment would be considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client service
  • Ability to act professionally in a busy environment and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Enjoy meeting and assisting clients

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
