We are a well-established brokerage that is looking for an on-site Administrative Assistant to join the team in our Markham location.
The main objective of this role would be to greet the customers, both via phone and in person, as well as provide administrative support.
Position Advantages:

- Hours - Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting incoming clients
- General Administrative duties, i.e. mails, faxes, courier, data entry, filing, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work well with little supervision
- Competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
Assets:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Prior exposure to Power Broker
- Experience in similar field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
