Shift Times: 0645-1500/0800-1615

Position Summary:

    • Accountable for scheduling relief/replacement staff and other key stakeholders at the sites. Duties include placing calls to fill short and long range shifts, liaising with unit clerks and central scheduling, and maintaining the accuracy of relief pools and producing reports on request. Responsible for other related duties as required.

Program Summary:

    • Musculoskeletal (MSK) Program – for adults following an acute phase of musculoskeletal injury or who have had a bone or joint surgical procedure and require care and rehabilitation before returning to the community.

Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 and a minimum of 1 year post secondary training in secretarial arts, business administration Fluent with all Microsoft Office applications; Experience with scheduling software an asset

Experience:

    • 1 - 2 years business experience preferably in timekeeping, data input required; Requires excellent customer service skills; Knowledge of the health care business such as rotations, vacations, etc. an asset

Rate of Pay:

    • $23.01 - $24.66 - $25.56 - $26.60
