Successful candidates will have a positive and outgoing personality and be able to effectively communicate with patients over various mediums (primarily phone, but also email and text).

Roles and Responsibilities - handling inbound and outbound interactions with customers providing education, guidance, and support. You do not need to know anything about medications - only about services associated with the different categories of medications.

Position Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Above average computer skills and know how (variety of computer softwares used daily).
  • Positive and upbeat outgoing personality.
  • Close attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls as required (the goal is to stay on the phone all day everyday)
  • Identify and assess clients needs and make personalized recommendations based upon knowledge gained through training and information found on our website.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and relevant suggestions to clients.
  • Resolve client complaints and know when to excalate and transfer to management or seniority.
  • Utilize proprietary software to fulfill client orders in an accurate and in a timely manor.
  • Adhere to quality guidelines and standard of care.

Hours - 9-5 Monday to Friday plus 2 Saturdays per month paid time and a half (40 hour week followed by a 44 hour week wth 4 hours paid overtime). We are open and working on all Canadian Holidays - also paid time and a half. Two weeks off per year available to everyone when booked in advance.

Location:

  • Vancouver (main and marine)
  • Moving soon! We are in the process of upgrading and renovating a new space, and hope to move by September. New location is at boundary and Hastings in Vancouver (near PNE).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)
