A typical day may include:

  • Carrying out a range of customer service activities, including answering queries, assisting with requests, analysing & solving issues, while ensuring that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the organisation
  • Communicating effectively with Customers on multi channels like phone, email and chats etc.
  • Trouble shooting technical issues & providing relevant solution
  • Becoming and acting as an expert in the application features and functions of our platform
  • Performing other administrative tasks, independently and responsibly, as required
  • You will be a good fit for this role if you have previous travel customer service / contact centre experience, innovative thought process and is comfortable with technology.
  • You must also be an adaptable, multi-tasking, fast learner who takes initiative and has great attention to detail.
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of procedures, products and services
  • Sabre GDS knowledge and proficiency preferred


  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • You are a team player and support the team to succeed in all circumstances.
  • High level of conversational and written English proficiency required
  • You will also be a good fit if you can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can adapt to change in a growing organisation.
  • Matured individuals who can work under minimal supervision


Job Type: Full time

**Experience in Travel Agency is an asset

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Job location: Work from home till office reopens

Salary: $22.00

Paid Leaves: 10 days / year

Other perks: Paid training & Benefits Plan (optional)

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Sabre GDS proficiency (Preferred)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00/hour.
