Financial Manager Job at Riverview Heights Limited Partnership
· Post secondary education in finance/accounting.
· 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
· Experience in retirement home, seniors housing, healthcare, or hospitality sector preferred.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks; seeks help when needed.
· Excellent attendance is essential.
· Oversee the functions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, CRA submissions, HST, EHT, and year-end.
· Prepare internal financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
· Prepare General Ledger entries and reconciliation.
· Customer service experience and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of seniors.
· Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, creativity and high motivation.
· Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with staff and other functional groups.
· Computer literate and able to use Word, Excel, SAGE, ACCPAC, Point Click Care and other accounting software.

Salary: From $48,000.00 per year
