Your mission:

To craft beautiful, intuitive customer interfaces that are easy to learn, build customer experiences that solve complex engineering and building automation tasks, and design and maintain user-interface identities within a Vus.JS web component library.

In this role you will:

• Rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes that express design intent and resolve A|B scenarios
• Work creatively through and around perceived limitations and challenges imposed by customer expectations and the service delivery platform
• Partner with engineers to ensure interactive techniques and technologies translate through to shipping products
• Craft, design, and build the user experience of our collective suite of software products
• Maintain and innovate our design practices and style guides
• Address software requirements and architectural considerations
• Collaborate in Scrum meetings and help drive activities
• Support and mentor others in their work efforts and outcomes

This role might be right for you if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree or experience in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years developing rich web applications with full-featured JavaScript frameworks
• 3+ years with JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS
• Experience with web, mobile web, and mobile app front-end development
• Experience with UX tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Figma, or similar
• Proven flair for designing and implementing functional and efficient user experiences
• Experience with enterprise-class web applications
• Agile software development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates how you have used technology to create design solutions
