We are Looking to add an individual to our manufacturing team in Brantford, in our mat cutting department running our automated cutting machine and or our Manual cutting tables.

• 12 Hour Continental Shift Days & Nights 7am-7pm/7pm-7am 8 hour shifts available
• Performance Bonus paid every pay period if earned
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Meet production targets
• Identify and sperate product according to our SOP's(1st Grade,2nd Grade,3rd Grade)
• Uphold absenteeism rate below 3.5%
• Good Mechanical Skills for small repairs
• Forklift experience not mandatory but an asset(Training Provided)
• A Team Player who constructively contributes to a positive environment
• Problem solving skills
• Positive Attitude
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Preform other work related duties as assigned
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
• Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking
• Reporting Damaged equipment to supervisors or maintenance

No experience required willing to train in all aspects of the job
