We are seeking a Full-Time Journeyperson Mobile Crane Operator with a strong work ethic and good character to join our team!

The Journeyperson Mobile Crane Operator shall be responsible for operating mobile cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment. Other responsibilities will include the conducting of routine maintenance work, and the cleaning and lubricating of cranes. This individual must be able to lead and perform each essential duty and area of responsibility satisfactorily.

Responsibilities:

- Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position and place materials and equipment.

- Perform pre‐operational inspections.

- Perform worksite inspections.

- Complete Field Level Hazard Assessments and Hazard I.D forms.

- Calculate crane capacities, determine load weight, set up, position, and stabilize the crane before the lift.

- Complete Critical Lift forms as required.

- Responsible for disassembling, traveling, and transporting mobile cranes.

- Complete hours of service logbooks.

- Participate in rigging procedures.

- Ability to complete some routine maintenance and housekeeping of the crane equipment such as lubricating and cleaning.

Requirements:

- Must possess a valid Class 1 driver’s License.

- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening as part of pre-employment.

- Clean driving abstract.

- Journeyperson Crane Operator Certification.

- Valid H2S Alive.

- Valid Standard First Aid/CPR.

- Ability to adhere to company policies and fit for work.

- Ability to effectively train / educated apprentices.

- Strong verbal and listening communications skills.

- Mathematical reasoning.

- Strong working mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

- Requires exceptionally high level of Hand-Eye and Foot coordination.
