Science Laboratories - Scheduling Coordinator Job at Charles River Laboratories
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Technical Services department site located in Sherbrooke, in Canada.
The following are responsibilities related to the Scheduling Coordinator :
- Produce timelines/milestones for in-vivo studies and sample analysis in Laboratories including coordinating with outside consultants;
- Responsible for animal orders and on time delivery;
- Amendments to current orders
- Responsible to assign the animal issue to study in SAP;
- Involve in transfert, spare animal management and sample requests;
- Coordinate animal arrivals/transferts with the Toxicology department.
The following are minimum qualifications related to the Scheduling Coordinator position:
- Collegial Diploma in animal health care or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a CRO;
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the works performed at Charles River Laboratories - Laval;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work under time constraint and adapt to change;
- Efficient time management.
