The Company:
We are LaundryWise, an Edmonton-based linen service providing commercial linen services, entrance mat sale and rental, and other subsidiary services throughout the greater Edmonton area and Red Deer. We focus on providing personable service to our customers within these communities, while emphasizing environmental sustainability and a zero-waste approach.
The Job:
- Review daily delivery report with Dispatch
- Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle
- Delivery and pickup of the linens for all business subsidiaries, including commercial, personal, cloth diapers, and mats
- Connect with customers during deliveries, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, or communicating changes
- Drive vehicle safely and effectively
- Collect electronic payments from select companies
- Work with internal team and customers to resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain vehicle safety and maintenance status by notifying Dispatch of any issues
The Details:
- Must have valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Must have ability to lift 30 pounds regularly, unassisted.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- An average of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Start-time of 8:30am, driving times range from 4 to 9 hours per day

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
